- Only silver jewellery products classified under FSV and 92.5 Silver purchased from https://www.mygossip.in/, shall be eligible for the exchange facility.
- The exchange facility shall be available at all Senco Gold & Diamonds stores, subject to verification of the product's authenticity, purity, weight, and eligibility by the Company at the time the customer avails the exchange facility.
- The exchange value shall be determined based on the prevailing silver exchange rate and the Company's applicable exchange policy in force at the time the customer avails the exchange facility.
- The customer shall produce the original purchase invoice at the time of availing the exchange facility. The Company reserves the right to decline any exchange request where the original invoice is not produced, or the authenticity of the purchase cannot be established.
- The product must be returned in its good condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear. The Company reserves the right to reject or appropriately value any product that is damaged, altered, tampered with, or otherwise found unsuitable for exchange upon inspection at the time of exchange.
- The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to verify the weight, purity, condition, and authenticity of the product before determining its eligibility and exchange value. The Company's determination shall be final and binding.
- The exchange facility is subject to the Company's prevailing policies, operational guidelines, and applicable laws in force at the time the customer avails the exchange facility. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw this exchange facility or any of its terms and conditions, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
