How to Initiate the Refund Process?

1. If there is any damage to an item upon delivery, Customers are advise to call 1800-103-0017 or write to customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in within 7 days from the date of product received.

2. We shall not entertain any request made after 7 days from the date the product is received. Return Here

3. In case if you want to return the product Please mail us : customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in or you can directly call our customer service helpline number: 1800-103-0017 & we will arrange reverse pick up at your doorstep.
4. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims related to missing items in your order. Please ensure that the video clearly shows the package being opened from its sealed condition for the claim to be considered.
5. Senco Gold Ltd. reserve the right to honour / reject the claim after final inspection of the package received with wrong/broken product or with no product (empty box).

Refund

Once we receive the return order at our warehouse, a QC will be conducted to ensure the product is not damaged/distorted before initiating the refund process.

Requirement For valid Refund

The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

Refund TAT (Turnaround Time)

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account through NEFT/RTGS within 10-15 working days from the day of receipt of the returned product(s) at the warehouse of Senco Gold.

Order Cancellation

Pre -Shipping Cancellation

If a customer is willing to cancel his/her order before the item has been shipped, then the customer has to mail us at customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in or call us at 1800-103-0017 stating the reason of cancellation and the amount shall be refunded back to the customer within 10 working days.

Post - Shipping Cancellation

If a customer is willing to cancel his/her order after the item has been shipped, then cancellation will not be possible and customer will have to follow the return policy.
