How to Initiate the Refund Process?
We shall not entertain any request made after 7 days from the date the product is received. Return Here
Refund
Once we receive the return order at our warehouse, a QC will be conducted to ensure the product is not damaged/distorted before initiating the refund process.
Requirement For valid Refund
7. The product must be in unused condition, along with the original packaging and invoice to claim the refund.
Refund TAT (Turnaround Time)
The refund will be made only to the source account within 10 working days.
Order Cancellation
Pre -Shipping Cancellation
If a customer is willing to cancel his/her order before the item has been shipped, then the customer has to mail us at customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in or call us at 1800-103-0017 stating the reason of cancellation and the amount shall be refunded back to the customer within 10 working days.
Post - Shipping Cancellation
In case customer want to cancel the order after its shipment, they must follow the standard return policy (mentioned above or mail us customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in).
Refunds for cancelled orders will follow the same refund timelines as above.
