The sale will be made through our website, www.mygossip.in ("Website"), which is owned and operated by Senco Gold Limited (hereinafter referred as "Company" or "we" or "us" or "our") having its registered office at 41A A J C Bose Road, Diamond Prestige, 10th floor, Kolkata – 700 017. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. In accessing and using the services provided by our website you signify your consent and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions specified herein. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to check for the recent updates. Any updates to these Terms of Conditions shall take effect immediately upon the date of posting and you agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.

Payment & Taxes

Currently, we accept Credit cards, Debit cards, UPI and PayPal.

All the duties to be paid for export from India would be borne by us. Any import duties or local duties levied at destination would be borne by the recipient of the shipment. These duties are directly to be paid to the delivery boy.

However, for duty related concerns please go through the table below.

The customer, before making the payment, shall affirm by clicking on the checkbox that he/she abides by the terms and conditions stated by the Company relating to the product, pricing and other conditions.

Delivery Schedule - For International Orders, the tentative delivery timeline will be of T+7 Business days. An email confirmation will be sent to you, once your product is dispatched from our warehouse. Our logistic partner will contact you once your product reaches the destination. Shipping and Handling Charges - The shipping charges depends on destination country. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the time of placing order & to be borne by the customer.

Obligations of the Customers

• a) You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registration on www.mygossip.in
• b) You should maintain and promptly update registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. Further, Company also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making delivery in certain cases. If upon confirmation, your details are found to be false (partially or completely) or if you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to our Website and other affiliated websites without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• c) You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by you is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by the Company for re-delivery shall be claimed from you and you shall bear such expenses.
• d) Before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer included in the item's description.
• e)If there is any delay in the delivery caused due to any force majeure event including without limitation natural calamity, governmental actions, pandemic, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, then the Company shall not be liable for such delay in the delivery of the product.
• f) Any product you buy from our website is completely at your discretion and you accept that you place the order only after thoroughly inquiring about the product and being completely acquainted about the product, its features, characteristics, usage, etc. Company is not liable for any kind of damages or losses whatsoever suffered by the customers due to the use of the product.

Cancellation by Company

There may be certain orders that Company cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase, errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which the Company identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Cancellation by Customer

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Registered customers can always check the status of their order from with the customer support team or through website.

The customer shall place the cancellation request by mailing to the customer care at customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in. Once the cancellation request is received, if any payments have been received, we will initiate the process (within 10 business days) of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction. Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account.

NOTE:

If the amount been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account within 10 business days.

Restrictions

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/ or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit sales to anyone as it may deem fit.

Return & Refund Policy

Currently we are not accepting any returns but in case the customer receives any damage or wrong product then we highly recommend doing an unboxing video and sharing the same within 12 hours from the time of receiving the order for further investigation and a smooth refund process. Refund to be done within 10 business days from the date of cancellation or request receive from buyer end.

Fraudulent Transactions

The Company reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages caused to the Company and legal expenses from persons using this Website fraudulently. The Company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
